I love Jackie Tranchida. In addition to her Spike and Cooking Channel gigs, she’s a part time host for “1st Look.” When we asked her, ‘are you feeling adventurous?’ she said ‘sure!’ When we asked ‘do you feel like jumping out of an airplane?’ without hesitation she said ’absolutely!’

Adrenaline 365 is a leading online supplier of adventure gifts and approached us about doing both local and national promotional spots for their product. They work with a variety of vendors to package unique heart-pumping excursions including skydiving.

For this spot we partnered with Skydive Coastal California in Camarillo, California.

Every shoot has a unique set of challenges and in this case, safety regulations prevented us from riding in the airplane with Jackie to film her jump. To work around it, we outfitted Jackie’s instructor, Matt Lajeunesse, the plane, and a second instructor with as many GoPro’s as we could find.

The result was some spectacular aerial footage and priceless reactions from Jackie as she jumps.
